iTorsion aims to streamline the ocular torsion diagnosis process for healthcare professionals and their patients. Unlike conventional diagnostic techniques that rely on specialized equipment such as the Double Maddox Rod, iTorsion simplifies the process by utilizing a smartphone and red/green glasses for enhanced precision.

Designed for healthcare providers, iTorsion is not intended for self-diagnosis. Users must have standard red-green glasses to eliminate colors from each eye. The app allows customization of color values to suit the display and glasses' requirements. Patients should hold the smartphone on a level surface while completing the test. They are instructed to focus primarily on one line from each eye, aligning them parallel to each other and the ground. Upon test completion, the app provides a detailed assessment of extorsion and intorsion for each eye.
